Meet Our Preschool Director
Mandie Ehlers serves as Director of the Hillsboro enCourage Preschool, where she combines her love for Jesus with a passion for early childhood education. She is dedicated to helping young children learn, grow, and discover the world God created. Mandie values partnering with families during these important foundational years.
As both an educator and a parent, Mandie leads with a relational, child-centered approach. She strives to create a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels known, valued, and loved. She is passionate about supporting teachers and building strong connections with families.
Mandie is married to a Worship Director, and together they are raising two children who inspire her perspective on early learning. Her experiences at home strengthen her empathy for families and inform the way she leads. She is honored to cultivate a preschool community where faith, learning, and joy flourish each day.
